it is a beautiful restaurant with an already limited menu, so a few plants based options on it was great. veggie burger was from this world. vegan cake for the desert was the best cake we ever had (come from boos bakery in Joshua tree)

with decent vegan options. we tried the Avo toast (no cheese), Veggie-Schüssel and dubles that were all good. we stopped during the covid, were pleased to find outdoor sessions with good distance between tables. the best part of this place is the atmosphere, my opinion after, but it was also good!

this is a very nice place for 29 and definitely coming to the LA crowd to joshua tree. the food takes forever and the service is iffy, but we come back because the double are one of our favorite dishes throughout the world. the menu has changed recently and now is the only vegan option. Don't even think about it without getting a reservation! get the double and fry and they will be happy as long as they wait a long time for eating.
