"The fried alligator was overcooked, looking unappetizing and tasting rubbery with no flavor. The fried green tomatoes had a sour taste, reminiscent of spoiled milk. The shrimp po' boy was also rubbery with an absence of flavor, making it hard to eat. The mac and cheese had a strange, overpowering taste that we couldn't finish. The key lime pie looked unusual, so we chose not to try it, and the peach cobbler was spoiled, emitting a terrible smell. We ended up throwing away almost all of the food. It was a total waste of $100. This was, hands down, the worst meal I've ever had, and considering the dining options around here, that's really saying something. I should have just gone to Papadea...

I have been here before several times and it was great each time. This time the catfish was nasty the gumbo tasted generic and I'm 99 percent sure the mac n cheese was out of the box. The only good thing was the collard greens.

I visited this restaurant for a quick midday snack and decided to keep it simple. Since my family is from New Orleans, I usually prefer Creole cuisine, but I enjoyed everything we tasted here, especially their homemade Cajun remoulade, which complemented our meals beautifully. The service was prompt and friendly, and I would definitely be interested in returning to try more items from the menu.

"Service is terrible!!! Looking at menu, waitress wants to take my order. Started with miso soup. VERY watered down. Eating soup, still looking at menu, get a text. Waitress wants to take my order while I am answering text. She finally waited until I pushed the menu away and set my phone down. Thank you! You don't need to repeatedly ask for an order when I am looking at the menu! Asked for vegetable tempura while pointing to the one under bento box. She started to walk away, then turned and asked if I wanted the bento box. I was pointing to that and not the appetizer, so ummm, yes. Waiting for my food and watched waitress carry four drinks to another table. One drink in each hand, and two held against her chest with her arm. The rims were touching her shirt. Gross! Meal came... Lettuce had many brown spots and no dressing. Tempura had a drizzle of something over it. No dipping sauce. Only 5 pieces of tempura when appetizer has 10. Showed my salad to sushi chef and asked for dipping sauce. Waitress brought plate back with same brown lettuce, this time with dressing. Tempura was very bland. Egg rolls, so-so. Best thing on the plate was the rice. Waitress proceeded to ignore me and my empty glass of water. She finally flew by and placed the check on the table.Definitely not a good experience, not good food, terrible service! Certainty not worth the $23 I spent.No manager to be found. Owner will be getting a call. Nori, you have lost a long-time customer as well as anyone who will listen to my experience!"

"Ordered takeout via phone. The place looked closed because there were no cars in front of the restaurant. Inside, there was one couple eating. Food was done quickly. Fried wontons were very overly cooked. They were almost burnt and clumped together. I did let them know, and they gave me a fresh order and gave me two free egg rolls that were dark brown and almost burnt. The General Tso's chicken was a weird brown color and had a water sauce that didn't have spice. I just couldn't eat it because, like the pork in the fried wontons, the meat had an off taste. The sauces for the egg rolls and the wontons were also too watery. It was my first and last time I would order here."

"I tried this place after reading some reviews about their Philly cheesesteak and since I live close off golf course, I wanted to support. When I walked in I was kindly greeted both by the owner and cashier. Told them I heard about their Philly cheesesteaksand the owner said I won?t be disappointed so I went for it, and I was not disappointed. It was so dang good! Went back thefollowing week to rave about it and order another."

"this situation has absolutely terrible service. I was the only one to go through, and I ordered some tacos, although I was the only one I had pulled forward on a parking lot so that they can manipulate their driving-dru times. I wait for more than 15 minutes to eat in front of my place, while every car that came after me quickly got her food. When I called the manager, he could hardly speak English what I said, and offered a zero explanation or zero excuses for what was absolutely terrible customer service."
