"The food is really good. Fairly decent prices. In the customer service is better than other places. The only bad thing I have to say is one time I ordered a strawberry milk shake and it didn't even taste like a strawberry milk shake also i ordered 4 cheeseburgers and i wanted 2 deluxe and 2 with no onion no tomato. They all were just meat cheese and bun but I got charged for deluxe. Besides all that I love this place . "I have to laugh at how consistently they get my order wrong every time. I still stop there probably once every couple months for a chicken sandwich meal and there is something missing or incorrect every time. Also, very slow service. "Absolutely LOVE eagles nest. It's my favorite burger joint in elma. I've been coming here ever since I was a kid. Me and my husband had our first date here. He LOVES the gut burger he gets it every time! The staff are all so friendly and nice. The burgers are truly amazing and don't even get me started on their fries I HIGHLY recommend coming to eat here if you are looking for a delicious burger and fries. They also have some AMAZING dairy freezes"

"Id give more than 5 stars if i could. Incredible sandwiches, absolutely lovely people. Felt very welcomed and safe. When i was there picking some food up for a friend and i who was visiting, they wrote enjoy your visit on the boxes and it almost made me cry. If you get a chance stop here and try it you will not be disappointed.
