"I'm sorry I don't apologize. but this place sucks. my first experience with them was bad. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and it was the lowest quality, chewiest, nastiest tasting huh I ever had. flash coward a few years later and my sister said that she picked up for both of us as we both work from home and she ordered me teriyaki chicken again from this place. So I had forgotten how much I liked this place and the low quality food. the second one I entered into this food came all these bad memories back and I immediately remembered this place. They still served this terrible excuse for chicken teriyaki and nothing had changed! they did this, they managed to ignore the road. P.S. they can't call themselves a steak house if they don't actually sell any steaks!"
