"I’m sad to write this review because I have always liked this place but this latest experience was pretty bad. I placed my order online and when I got there, they told me they are out of cheese to make bruschetta and they no longer have calamari as an option on the sampler, even though that’s what I selected online. They also said they can’t issue a refund so I got a replacement item of lesser value than what I paid, and I asked for more mozzarella sticks with fried ravioli for the sampler. I just got home with my order, and there is no fried ravioli in the sampler, and I am missing a soup that accompanies one of the meals. The worst part is, the soup that they did put in the bag, they did...

Friendly staff and FANTASTIC food with fresh ingredients! Even my picky 7 year old gave the Alfredo the thumbs up.

Well, we sat there and watched her open every single bottle with her teeth, one after the other, in full view of all the customers, right at the front counter.I'm honestly floored. I currently work in the restaurant industry and if I saw that happening in our restaurant, we would need some serious re-training. I'm not going to stop eating there, because I have a pretty strong immune system and I'm not really squeamish... but honestly I don't think that was okay and I hope that Nectarine Grove addresses this issue and gives the staff some direction on how to properly handle food etc in a restaurant.Haha okay well thanks for reading and have a great day!"

"I’m never disappointed with a “Mendo” but this location went above and beyond. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I brought in an elderly family member with mobility issues. To see folks be so kind was just heartwarming. The meal was, as always, phenomenal. We both ordered salads and fountain drinks. I love the beet and goat cheese salad (fka Dave Drake Farms). Love the light, airy vibe, and even a spot for kids to play.Vegetarian options: I always sun my chicken on the salad for the marinated tofu.Kid-friendliness: Separate spot for kids to play.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with the door close by.
