amazing service from the moment when we opened the door. the food was delicious, I had no great Spanish cuisine in one because and we traveled 3.5 hours to eat here. we will be worth the ride! everything we ordered was hot, fresh and delicious! I would certainly recommend this place, can not wait to go back!

fanfreakintastic when they ask us. we went to lunch and they didn't disappoint. great eating, great personal and PR decoration. we ordered ensalada pulpo, alcapurria, chuleta kan kan, trifongo, frid snapper w/ arroz con gandules and carne guisado w/ white rice and habichuelas. then we took a bottle of the pique or hot sauce to the house. trust me. this place is the best Puerto Rican food I had in very long time.

"I saw this restaurant featured on a TV show and decided to try it for a birthday celebration. It is definitely a hidden gem, located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. We were greeted by the chef and owner, who offered to accommodate us in a quieter area. The service was excellent and the food was delicious with generous portions. Although a bit pricey, it was a good value for the overall experience. To top it off, they gave a complimentary dessert for the birthday celebrant. I would definitely go back again."

The food at The Etna Rosso is the highest quality, most authentic food you could ask for and the owner is incredibly passionate about ensuring the quality of the food and that each guest is accommodated. Since my first visit here I have felt welcome and appreciated and I look forward to returning every time I leave. If you are looking for a great meal and night out that is worth every penny, I cannot recommend The Etna Rosso enough!"

"Our culinary experience was unforgettable. The food was perfection, the ambience was beautiful and light. I can't say enough good things about this bistro. I'm so glad we found this place. The beautiful couple that owns and runs this jewel of a restaurant are as beautiful and hospitable as possible. We will definitely return. "Due to a recommendation from a friend, my girlfriend and I had dinner last night at La Dolce Vita in Fort Lauderdale. The service was phenomenal and it stood out from the moment we arrived. As we approached the doorway, one of the gentleman at the restaurant opened the door for us and escorted us to our table where he then continued to untucked our chairs for us and hand us menus. The excellent service and ambiance really gives this place an upscale feel. We ordered the soup of the day which was an onion soup and the insalata adriatica for appetizers which were both awesome. Then for our main courses we ordered the Garganelli Alla Bolognese and the Chitarrina La Dolce Vita. Both of these meals were absolutely delicious and had a very fresh taste. After we finished our meals we were both stuffed and so we informed our server that we would skip dessert. About 5 minutes later he returned with a fresh slice of tiramisu and insisted that we try it on the house. Wow! Overall, we had an amazing experience and will be sure to both return and recommend this place to our friends and family."

"THE BEST. Mom and sister brought me here for my 30th birthday and I'll never regret it. They make everything made to order, the customer service here is super sweet and they'll load you up on the sauces. (they do mention it costs extra , but mentioned this with very much manners). There's little elevator music playing in the background and you'll catch a lot of people coming here solo to study or catch a worth it lunch special. I love this place. Will come here for every single Birthday"
