"I highly recommend La Riv. It has definitely improved the food and the service. Highly recommend the the short ribs. The shrimp in the shrimp scampi was over cooked (it was rubbery) but it was welled seasoned. The service was outstanding Mandy was one of the best servers/waitresses we have had since our move to Texas five years ago. She is very friendly and very attentive to each of us as customers. Also very efficient and a willingness to listen and learn our dining quirks. If can get Mandy for your waitress you are got to have a very enjoyable dining experience."

freaking amazing! we sat in the wine cellar between here and bombay. I have the cowardly and arugula pizza and the cheeseboard. both were pretty good. the cheeseboard made the night of itself. highly recommended.

Good food, really not bad. I taught them how to make an Aperol spritz.. I suggest to have in your menu.. • 3 parts of Prosecco • 2 parts of Aperol • 1 splash of Seltz or Soda or sparkling mineral water • slice of orange

My wife and I were driving through Temple when we decided to stop at La Riv Every single dish was delicious and very well prepared. To be honest, this place was way above my expectations and it was a pleasent surprise. Salads were well dressed, the marinara that comes with the ciabata bread was probably the best I ever had, ribeye cooked to perfection and the chicken... The chicken was moist and well seasoned with an au jus that had a buttery start and warm finish, simply delicious! La Riv is the best restaurant in Temple.
