"Service was really poor. Waitress told us we were wrong and that the Loudon restaurant week was the week before (it wasn't, and we enjoyed two other restaurants that weekend celebrating restaurant week). Requested a steak medium well; it came out rare. I asked for it to be cooked more, and it came back very, very well done."

I think given the location (Lansdowne), the pricing, etc I was expecting more. The food was just okay, the service was just okay, nothing stood out as bad it just wasn't worth what we were paying.

I thought the food and cocktails were very good. My husband complained that his steak was a bit tough but had good flavor. The service was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was the ambiance. A bit too bright and generic. Seemed like a typical hotel vs. resort restaurant.

This is a corporate conference center. Built for large corporate groups. Food service type food. Steam tray breakfast is the only option. Golf shop food only option for lunch. “Tavern” looks more like a conference room with a bar. “Tavern” tables look like a cheap Marriott dining room.

"I'm gluten, dairy and soy free. I had the chicken sandwich with gluten free bread. Their fries are also GF without cross contamination. My wife had the salmon and said it was also pretty good. I'd come back. There is a 4 curb at the front that made it impossible for us to get in with a wheelchair. There are two small tables at the front and a rear area where we ate. The slope up to the rear patio is steep, I would not recommend going up and down that area without someone else to help you. My wife LOVED her root beer float. Their home made ice cream was fantastic(if you can eat dairy) and the local root beer, Lost Rhino Root Beer, was fantastic."

"Growing up in Bavaria Germany, being spoiled by all the tasty bakeries on every corner, I am always in search of a good bakery for a little taste from home. THIS is the spot! I am rather hard to impress with food not coming out of my own kitchen, and I am impressed with this place. The bread, the pastries, the tarts, the cookies and the coffee are equally delicious. You really can't go wrong with anything that's on the shelves. The bakery is also spotless clean, which is impressive with all the customers passing through. Customer service seems to be the number 1 priority for the staff and owner, which will keep me making the 30 minute drive from Chantilly to Leesburg for these fresh delicious baked goods any day!"

"Upon entering the restaurant, we found the main dining area to be packed and noisy. Fortunately, our reservation was for the Board Room on the second floor. The contrast between the two areas was striking, as the Board Room offered a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The food and service were both top-notch, making it a fantastic spot for lunch."

"I have been looking forward to trying this restaurant for a while now. They have a live mariachi band on Wednesdays, but the trumpet player is a bit loud, making it difficult to hold a conversation. The staff is friendly, but they seem to be understaffed. It took us 25 minutes to get our drinks. Despite my experience, I believe this was an exception based on other reviews. I am hoping to give it another try and hopefully leave a better rating. I still left a good tip because I could see that everyone was working hard."
