Typically, this restaurant serves hot food and provides reliable service. However, on the night of my visit, I experienced a significant delay in receiving my potstickers, which arrived cold. Despite being offered extra, the order did not include sauce. Additionally, when requesting plenty of sauce for my rice and lemon chicken, I received only a minimal amount. It seemed that many other customers were also facing issues with their orders. There is clearly something amiss that needs to be addressed and corrected.

No matter what time of day I visit this restaurant (whether it's the beginning of lunch, mid-afternoon, or dinner), they always seem to be out of many items or unable to fry more chicken because it wasn't thawed. Today was particularly bad, with a long line and almost no options left. The staff member assisting me seemed clueless on how to help and ended up making me cut in line in front of another customer because she had to check me out right away.
