"We have been next door to Black Bear several times and each time we say we have to try this place. Finally she remembered. The ambiance is nice, but it pretty much ended there. It's our practice to each get our own thing at a new restaurant. I got a sandwich and she got a pasta dish. Maybe we just chose the wrong things, but neither of us thought much of our meal. They weren't terrible but you can do better at other Italian places __ We've eaten out every meal for 30+ years"

I've had a couple good meals there, but awful service when ordered thru Grub Hub Doordash. They generally take less then 30 min when at the restaurant but triple that for delivery. Not worth the wait.

Please stay away from this place! My and my family had the worst experience from here. This is the pic of my chicken Marsala. It was cold and 15$ for that plate. The chicken was dry and look at the liquid that tasted like milk in there. Others in my family ordered pasta and their quantity was so tiny and it’s cost them 14$ a plate. Insane!I mean if it tastes good then it’s okay. But the food tasted like watered down and no flavor.

Very affordable, kind service, and food was good, if not amazing. But honestly, we got a good meal, everything was enjoyable, service great, and I don't think I've ever eaten as cheap in a restaurant before.So if you want to go out and have a decent meal, but you're strapped for cash, I'd more than recommend this place. We came just for the food, and were then surprised by the check being so low. Portion sizes being average restaurant sized.
