"I often visit the chain all over the country and my first impression at this point was not the best. There were 6 people waiting inside and nobody waited somewhere else. We had 8 total people in our party and we told them we didn't make it up to be 2 parties of 4. We were told that it was. We repeated the 2 parties of 4 and was told that there were still 2 hours waiting. 2 different people from our party went in and asked for seats for a party of 4 and the first received a waiting period of 25-30 minutes and sat in 10 minutes, the 2nd received a waiting period of 25-30 minutes and we sat in 15 minutes. Obviously they lied. Forward, it is best to recommend a smaller party if you do not want...

I know places are short and I understand. I'd rather not work our waitress at the bar and at our table. I feel like we don't have their full attention. Our table was definitely not a priority I felt, but the bar was.

Had a great dinner tonight. We sat fast. Our waitress Patrice was amazing. Very attentive, without floating. Thank you for everything. Never had an empty cup! The food was hot and delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly and juicy. Good experience.

Service tonight was terrible. Server was rude and terrible at her job. Took 15 minutes to even be greeted and then were brought smashed stale bread not once but twice. Every table around us was served drinks and salads and food before us even though they came after us. After 50 minutes we asked for a manager to get us salads before our food came out. Manager was amazing and got our salads out and food about 20 minutes later. She did give a small discount on the check. Not worth going back in my book.
