"Our first trip to Lulu 's and it won 't be the last!! My regular ol ' breakfast of bacon(crispy), eggs/over easy(perfect), hashbrowns(just right amount of soft/crispy and a biscuit (grilled) to die for was a WINNER!! I had a side of sausage gravy to taste test and can see Bs Gs or breakfast horseshoe in my future. My friend had 2 beautifully cooked pancakes that tasted devine. It was our server 's first day and she was terrific! Thanks Shawna!! Can 't wait to try something from the lunch menu. Jacksonville needs a Lulu 's"

Great Diner. The food was good, we shared French toast, omelets, and corned beef hash The service is excellent. Klori was attentive, very friendly, professional, fun, and super sweet I love that they have a Pay it Forward” box to be able to serve those less fortunate people in the community. Stop by Lulu’s, is worth it

This is a nice little diner with good service. Unfortunately the food is mostly just ordinary. I had an omelette and it was Ok. But I like my omelettes fluffy and soft. This one was definitely not fluffy and was overdone, though it tasted good. We also had pancakes...and they were, well pancakes. Food was ok but not special.

"The food was delicious and service top-notch! Our waiter was was so genuine and incredibly friendly even though it was just before the lunch close time. He never made us feel rushed and had a great conversation with us about the restaurant which we were visiting for the first time as we stopped in Springfield on our route to Oshkosh. I'd stop again...even though a bit out of our way...well worth it!"

"We were given a gift card and decided to celebrate our anniversary there. We choose the bar side as we tend to enjoy more casual dining. Made our reservation on line but apparently our table was given to someone else or they were just overbooked. Two managers came to talk to us; first to offer a table in the dining room with a free round of drinks. We declined the table and said we would wait for the bar side. He assured us a round of drinks on the house. Second informed us they could seat us at a high top as soon as it was cleared. We accepted, but the whole “tone” of the evening was changed at this point. Also offered a round of drinks. The food was average. The bar was louder than we expected. We never received our round of drinks on the house. Probably will not return."

"The current General Manager at this location helped me with my issue very promptly. I also witnessed him handle another customer very professionally even though she was at fault and causing the GM to remake her order. He handled her situation perfectly. I will definitely be coming to this location more often."

"Let me start off by saying that I do not drink alcohol. Given the quality of the food I received at this Applebee's, I believe it must be consumed with alcohol to be enjoyable. I ordered the unlimited boneless wings and was disappointed with the quality. The first plate came with boneless wings, fries, and coleslaw. My first issue was being served with plasticware, which I was not happy about. The wings were lackluster, the fries were cold and stale, and the coleslaw was not up to par. It seemed more like shredded lettuce with some sort of dressing. When I mentioned this to the server, her lack of concern was quite off-putting. I may have enjoyed the meal if I were intoxicated, but definitely not while sober."
