"A hidden gem tucked quietly in the town square! Stopped in for dinner on our overnight stay on the way home from Florida. Portions are perfect, not a monster sized plate full of pasta you can't finish. Not that I don't love a doggie bag, but traveling makes that a challenge. Get there early otherwise the lasagna will be gone as it was for us. Quaint, quiet and a personable staff. Not a huge eatery, 14 tables max. Don't be in a rush, only 6 on staff. The cheese fonduta is amazing! Good range of pastas's, angel hair, spaghetti, penne, rotini, fettuccini. Sauces include pomodoro, marinara, alfredo, garlic, arribiata , olive oil and garlic! You choose! Raviolii is awesome too. No pizza or calzo...

I've been here dozens of times and the family's charm and warmth along with their consistency of delicious Italian cuisine makes this place a great choice every time. Located in the quaint but charming little Downtown Adairsville district. Buon Apetito.

Traveling through and pleasantly surprised by this nice little spot. Service was good, prices were reasonable, and food was nice (I wouldn't go so far as to describe it as excellent, but it was well prepared). Interior was also nice. Not too crowded on a Thursday night. If I lived near here, I'd certainly be a regular visitor (beats the chain restaurants up the road for sure). Got the Neapolitan Ragu and one of the mini salads.

Have been here many times, and I must say it is truly an unexpected gem in Adairsville. The food is very authentic, and always prepared fresh and to perfection. My Nona was Italian, and I 've eaten many times in Italy...I 'm telling you; it 's legit. Mainly pasta dishes are served here, along with some deserts. An added bonus is the family that runs it. They are some of the most friendly folks you 'll find, and always present there in the restaurant. It is always very clean and has a charming, but minimal, decor. My personal favorite is the Carbonara, but everything I 've tried has been great! You 'd never expect this type of quality outside of 'the big city ', but here it is in Adairsville!...

"They need to update the name of the establishment. It is no longer El Nopal, but Blue Agave. It was very confusing when using Google Maps. For anyone that needs handicap parking, it's at the end of the front parking, far from the front door. Extremely inconvenient."

"My friend and I had tried to try Okinawa since we were here, but there never seems to be someone in the restaurant, so we always go somewhere else! We decided yesterday to try and we were very pleasantly surprised! The service was great and the food was great! We will definitely come back!"

"Taco Bell is always good for a quick pick-me-up when you don't have much extra to spend and get hungry. You can usually expect a good wait in the drive-thru and often inside also They are normally very clean and friendly . Once in a while they get an order wrong, but most places do, occasionally. I've rarely had anyone be rude to me there. They seemed to be trained to give good customer service. I worked 15-20 years in various restaurants, including Disney World where we had to go to classes to learn proper customer service and cash-handling. Therefore, I recognize good AND ESPECIALLY BAD customer service! I give them a B+! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"Before getting seated: I don’t know what was in the air at this establishment today, but walking in we were told it would be a 20-25 minute. Our party (5 ppl) waited for over a hour with the hostess telling us that we were up next every single time we checked on our spot. Numerous larger parties were seated before us that checked in after us. While being seated: A host was walking us over to the table and the previous customer left a tip on the table. The host starred at me very nervously and said “don’t take that” and immediately took the tip off the table. Like you couldn’t had done that without the comment? While at the table: We didn’t have enough silverware to go around and requested more silverware that was never given. My friend had to eat with a knife so after that we were just in a rush to leave since it took a hour to get seated and a hour for food. Servers: Nasty attitudes and starring problems. I’m not sure if they never saw a black man and Asian group before but laughing at us on the way out for the poor service this establishment provided is a joke. Pros: The chicken and lemonade was good."
