"Mama Chavez's Taqueria in Leroy, New York is just amazing. From the excellent service at the counter, to the fresh and tasty cooking in the kitchen, to the fantastic dinner at the table, I enjoyed my Saturday afternoon dinner here. The family is pleasant and generous, and the food supplies. The salsa was a little different from what I'm used to, but was really fresh and good. I have to try again. I really liked it. The tacos are crisp and light. Best chips I had in Western New York. Salsa could also be. Very recommended. Flavor and value make this place the best in Central to Western NY."

We went there after a day out in the country side and it was a great choice. Amazing food, super friendly staff and a quaint little place. The hot salsa was particularly excellent.

That's a GEM! Must stop enjoying. (Homemade hot sauce warn to all) Went back for my bday and notice many new articles on the menu that I have to try. Of course I wanted all 5*s My favourite is the Street Toco Combo with fresh guacamole and the Fiesta Bowl. Do not forget to try the Dessert Empanadas

Holy homemade hard shells! This place is the real deal. Had Beef, a Steak, and a Chicken Taco with the works on it: Cilantro, Onion, Choice of Cheese( Queso) and tomatoes. Sour Cream, Guacamole, Hot Sauce on the page. Everything was amazing and fresh. It's worth the ride. Family race. My new Taco Tuesday favorite!

"D&R Depot is a restaurant that was previously a train depot where travelers could stop and grab a bite to eat before continuing their journeys. Nowadays, it's an intimate restaurant that also provides services such as catering and the option of booking for various private events. I came for a privately booked service and there was food provided to the guests buffet style. For pasta, I tried their mac and cheese and pasta salad and both were pretty good! They also had a variety of wraps to choose from. I tried their turkey wrap and it was delicious! Side salads among other dishes were present as well. For dessert, I grabbed one of their chocolate chip cookies as well as one their rich brownies, which were excellent! If you are a fan of history and all things vintage, I think you should give this place a try!"

"There were 4 of us and you certainly could tell it was short staffed. Our waitress struggled to get to the table. It was a Thursday. I don't blame that on them but our food was disgusting! 3 of us ordered a sampler app. The eggrolls were black from the fryer. They tasted awful and certainly did not taste any pulled pork. The potatoes tasted old, the wings were hard and couldn't taste smoke. The rib was just OK, not falling off the bone. Again not very smoked tasting. Maybe the cook them in the oven first, but not falling off the bone. The alfredo was not good, dry and lacked sauce and flavor. Told the waitress it was just OK. Our plates were full mostly. We took it home and threw it out. If you want bbq, go to Dinosaur!!!! It's not even comparable!!! Won't be back, too bad. I have been to Dinosaur many times, but this was our first and last here. Just bar fried yuck! NOT BBQ!"

"The wife and I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time. So, I ordered the tagliatelle Alle vongol (fancy words for 6 clams and pasta) and I was very disappointed. No salad or bread with the entrees. It was very salty and definitely not worth $27. My wife had the $18 hamburger that was okay but again the fries were loaded with salt. The menu is very limited. The best part of my meal was the Highlander scotch ale. Hey, we got to try it and we will never be back."

"My husband Jeff and I went to dinner tonight. That was our first time. We went with dear friends from our The Whitings. We sat in the bar... had a glass of wine before dinner. The staff was super friendly... The owner Jim was so friendly and welcoming. Our meal was excellent!!!! We had 3 of there special pizzas... that we all divided... the rice balls....and Reid had the calfsalarm....that he could not finish because the part was extremely generous!!!! We have absolutely loved the whole experience and will definitely be back and back again!!!!"
