The food always tastes fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. I've given them multiple opportunities, yet they consistently forget an item from my order.

I ordered my usual chicken salad, but this time it was quite disappointing. When I got home and opened my salad, it looked like I only received half of what I usually get. The container wasn't filled properly, and honestly, it wasn't worth the price I paid. This has happened to me twice now, and I'm starting to feel like a fool for continuing to order it. I think the management should pay more attention to their staff and ensure they are properly trained. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to McAlister’s; I’ll be taking my business to Subway instead!
