"I recently had the best McDonald's experience I've had in at least three years. I wish the staff here could come to my area and show everyone how it should be done! The food was hot and fresh, and it was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic, friendly, and courteous. In contrast, the employees at the three McDonald's locations near me seem indifferent; in fact, I've heard one of them say he doesn't get paid enough to care. I hope my comments can be passed up to management, as I've been unable to get a response from the area manager at those locations. Once again, great job to the Chestertown McDonald's!"

I ordered with the app and a very adorable young man brought the order to my car. He was really incredible, very excited and so happy when he saw the sunflower accessories in my car! I smiled inside so happy that sunflowers could make him so happy! His happiness made me happy!
