"This is literally the third time I have picked up curbside and these people can it get my order right. They missed an item the first two times. Today they missed an entire meal. I could understand if I was ordering large orders but below 3 meals. Seriously, they need new managers that can train the staff better. New operations that can enhance the SOPs for better service to customers. I am frustrated because not only did I drive back for the missing meal they gave it to me cold. Completely disgusting cold fries and a burger. Never experienced this at any other McDonalds my entire life in any state and I eat it a lot."

I was given a burn crispy chicken biscuit. Never had the time to return it but the girl knew it was like that. I would have waited instead i was served bad food. Stayed in my fridge for a week threw it away. 4$ down the drain. Didn't feel like going back to complain shouldn't have to do all that. Always check your food before you leave any fast food restaurant. I don't care who is behind you.

these workers are fucking idiots. I ordered two extremely simple non-speciality menu items, and it took five people to lock it in, correct the first cash mistakes, get a manager to approve an overcrowd (which is in front of the front to catch a zigarette, a fourth person to order wrong, and a fifth person to prepare the ineptitude of the fourth person. there were four or five more workers who wrote and held around (but one was constructiv, grieved in their webshop with a plastic straw. plus! I was the only customer. the bathroom was dirty. draw their own conclusions about food/service at this point.
