"I usually have a great experience with the food and service at this Panera location. However, yesterday we ordered two of the new chicken sandwiches and were extremely disappointed. They are way overpriced compared to other fast food options and simply not worth it. The sandwiches came with only a few tiny pieces of wilted lettuce, a small amount of bland sauce, no tomato, a small piece of overcooked chicken, and some terrible parmesan chips. They really should either remove this item from the menu or improve it significantly—and they definitely need to lower the outrageous $12 price tag. Also, please bring back the fronted chicken sandwich!"

"This place is amazing. Not sure why all bad reviews. I had a reservation for 1 o'clock, my family ran late, so we had to change it to 130. They were very accommodating for this change. The hostess suggested while I wait, I go to her market. I'm so glad I did it, I found great goodies. The bagels I brought home were just delicious. After that I sat at the bar and had a cocktail and an appetizer, both were amazing as the bartender. When my family arrived, we moved to a table and our server was very friendly and helpful. The whole food was quite amazing, except my mother's chicken sandwich, it was a bit dry. She had a hard time eating it. But overall it was an amazing experience. Thank you."

"The food was excellent. My husband ordered the Hog Hammers two different times and I still had a taste of them, he won't share. On the menu there is a nice selection of choices. The seating is very plentiful and a variety of seating; at the bar, at high tables, regular tables, stands and outside on the terrace. The staff is excellent; very polite, prompt and a joy. The owner and manager(s) were most accommodating and gracious. We had planned several events with them, including one that was not. We had an incident in which an institution could not honour its agreement for a charity event. The Green Turtle of LaPlata became aware of the incident on the day of the event and informed us to come to their establishment and they would honor the same agreement. They saved us the day. How would I evaluate this facility? How can I not give them 5 stars!"

"My friend and I had a great experience here. I haven't been at Outback for a long time because I had the worst service I've ever experienced at Outback. But we have a gift card for Christmas. So we tried this place, and the service was excellent. Our server, Alex, was one of the best servers we've ever had. He turned my mind over Outback. Alex was very attentive, friendly and professional. The food was great and the wait was not long, although the restaurant was pretty busy. I am super satisfied, so many thanks to Alex and the rest of the staff at La Plata Outback."
