"This specific manager is known to be very rude to customers, unlike the other employees who have always been friendly to me in the 8 years I have been a customer. The last time I visited, I inquired about receiving service again, and they refused. This McDonald's is a great stop if you are traveling north to Solvang from the 101 freeway. I make sure to visit every time I commute between LA and Solvang. The restaurant is clean, the parking is easy, and the traffic heading out is calm. I recommend taking highway 154 or the 101 for a pleasant trip to Solvang.
