Dear McDonald's, today I tried the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combo. The food arrived hot and ready to eat, and I utilized the drive-thru service. The staff was fast and efficient, and my order was correct.

I am giving this restaurant two stars solely because the Diet Coke is consistently good. However, the rest of my experience was lacking and would only receive one star. The staff are careless and haphazard, simply tossing food into the bag without much thought or care.
