"I couldn't get my picture to post but it was 22:40 and a hand written sign was on the drive thru speaker saying closed early due to staff shortages.... The parking lot is empty and this is Ellington... I have worked in the restaurant field for over 20 years and I have ran solo with lines out the door. This generation is different I suppose but at least change the hours online so I won't waste my gas or time thinking your open. Franchisee needs to up the game here. Everytime I come here they make me pull around and wait for my food, always an excuse why i have to wait.

It may sound mean, and I don’t mean for it to come out that way, but at McDonalds the best you can hope for is they get your order right and your food hasn’t sat around for 2 hours. This lone fast food restaurant in town does much better than most. Drive thru line can be slow even when it’s not busy.
