"We waited an extremely long time for entrees to be served....when they did arrive my dish was cold, scallops were not done, and not cleaned well. Had to wait to find waitress to send dinner back. Instead of preparing fresh, the dish was put in an oven to warm and sent back to table. The dish was hot the food was not. Expected different level of service based on recommendations received. "Food was phenomenal! So happy we could find a restaurant that had AC in key west. It’s hard to eat in the heat. We really enjoyed all of our food and starters. The drinks were very booze forward but well balanced. The interior was tastefully decorated, comfortable and new. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting key west for sure!"

"Huge disappointment. We have dined there in the past and were very excited to return because it was literally the best food we had on our last trip to Key West. The chef's tasting menu was a real farewell. The service was sufficient, but the food was inexpensive. The butter poached lobster on the frese was the hardest lobster I've ever eaten. The rest of the meal was simply OK not exceptional, the swordfish of the man was very dry. In any case, not the experience we expected or hoped. We had much better meals than these, just not worth the money this time."

"Visited Latitudes with my wife last night and it was an experience to remember. The service was impeccable and truly stood out. The food was good, with a notable mention to the fish which was remarkably fresh. The desserts were an absolute delight. What did catch our attention was the presentation it was artful and in some cases, even surpassed the taste of the dish itself. And, of course, the location is simply breathtaking. The scenic beauty adds another layer of luxury to the dining experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in a gorgeous setting."

"This place is a MUST TRY for the food and the amazing service. It is family owned and operated. The Cuban food is the best I have had in the states. Please go you won't be sorry. Since they make all the food there from scratch they can make slight modifications if you ask but please try it first with no modifications to get the true Cuban experience."

"The signature dish yellowtail was amazing, my husband got the stroganoff—it was not as good and friends got the shrimp which was amazing. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and friendly but the guy in charge that night a little aggressive and offensive as we were just served a very nice bottle of wine he came up to our table and took all of our menus away to give to other guests. My husband even told him that we hadn’t ordered but he pressed on! It was strange especially when you have to make reservations for a very small venue and you’d think they would have printed up enough menus for the very few tables in the small restaurant lol! Anyhow everything else was exceptionally delicious!"
