"Was in quarantine in the northeast for a few weeks. I would order the delivery from here a lot and they would allow me to pay via the phone and have contact free delivery. Staff and delivery drivers were very friendly, and the food was fantastic. I and my friend would go on orders together, and both have nothing but big things to say about Michaels. Ps... my roommate said the buffalo chicken pizza was great!"

Husband and I visited Christmas Eve and had lunch with a gift card, and it was delicious! Dough for pizza was homemade and everything was excellent. We're coming back!

Always great food and great service! From Buffalo I am quite strict on my taste for wings and Michaels makes a great job on their wings! Also always enjoy their pizza and quite everything I order from there. Very recommended!

I was so disappointed with the pizza!! It looks like it's frozen out of a box!! I didn't order to get something I could get from Walmart. The wings also look like something from a box!! I would never order from there again!!! I appreciated the authenticity and courtesy of the supplier!! If only the pizza tastes as good as the delivery guys service!

"My husband and a friend stopped tonight to get food for 8 people. We all ordered something else. Every single article was delicious! From soup, ribs, to fish and even children tender. We would definitely order again. With food alone they would get 5 stars, but customer service is important. The men were not satisfied with the younger woman behind the bar when they wanted to drink while waiting for food. She was rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. Thank you for the slightly older lady, the good service."

"pick up for 8 of us on holy evening, as it is a tradition. we ordered a lot of food. it was said half an hour, but it was 45 minutes, which was not a problem. they were really busy with phone calls when we picked up. phone ringed from the hook. the order was correct. everything was nice and warm. many rest. to pick up is better than the buffet as it is fresh, but we sometimes eat at the buffet. I would not hesitate to recommend collection or buffet. when we go to the buffet, we get a time when others eat there, so eating is more often replaced so it is fresher"
