"We have eaten at Roka Scottsdale for seven years. Without exception, last night’s dinner was the best ever. The sushi was exceptional. The craft cocktails were exceptional. The grilled lamb chops were exceptional. The crispy eggplant and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes were exceptional. The service was exceptional. Scottsdale/Phoenix is lucky to have such a fine culinary team in the valley. Bravo!"

"The food at T Cook's was excellent, especially considering the limited dining options near the hotel. The Caesar salad with a unique twist on green goddess dressing was a hit with both myself and my husband, who typically avoids seafood. The cocktails were creative and enjoyable, the entrees were well-balanced and appropriately sized. The desserts were exceptional and not an afterthought like in some other restaurants. My only criticism would be the ambiance. We were seated on the patio facing the lawn where a corporate event was being cleaned up, causing some noise and less than ideal visuals. It's understandable, given their frequent events, so just be aware if that's important to you. And one more suggestion: please consider adding Washington state wines to your menu! As a proud Washingtonian, I may be biased, but we truly have some incredible wines being produced in our state."

"First time there. Server was good and appetizer was promptly delivered. However, there was a large party outside and clearly all other food service was delayed as a result. We waited nearly an hour for our two entrées to be served, and I was not pleased. They did offer a free dessert and took some of the tab off of the total cost as a result, very disappointing because I really was looking forward to my experience at roaring Fork management should’ve done a much better job to ensure that the food delay was not only avoided to some level but at least communicated better. Server was very apologetic but manager never did come to speak with me in person or apologize."

"Dies war unser erster Besuch hier. Wir sind Fans von Virtu, also hatten wir große Hoffnungen auf diesen Ort. Wir waren auch ehemalige Gönner von Grazzie, also schätzten wir jemanden, der den Raum übernahm, und hofften, dass die Seelen etwas von dem wiederherstellen, was Grazzie in früheren Jahren einmal war. Wir wurden in keiner Weise enttäuscht. Wir hatten einen angemessen verteilten Tisch im Freien und die aufgeräumte Terrasse war sehr schön, auch das Interieur sieht viel besser aus. Die Pizzen waren ausgezeichnet und kreativ. Ich möchte besonders die Kruste erwähnen, da sie in Textur und Geschmack außergewöhnlich ist. Wir teilten uns einen Grünkohlsalat, der großartig war, und die Auswahl an Weinen war zwar begrenzt, bot aber eine ausreichende Auswahl an italienischen Angeboten, die jedes Abendessen zufrieden stellen sollten. Wir werden dieses Restaurant zu einem unserer regulären Restaurants machen"

"This restaurant is a fantastic spot for a special occasion. Every dish I tried was carefully crafted and beautifully presented. The flavors were exceptional. I will definitely be returning in the future."
