I have ordered Assorted Bengali Mithai and Sandesh, the mithai was broken and messed up. Sandesh had a big strand of brown hair, it was so disgusting and I lost my appetite. we thought this was a reputable and hygienic shop. with this covid and omicron on run we didn't expect this from you people. very poor. it was a lesson for us to not order in future.

My friends and I were yelled at as soon as we entered the store. There was an argument btw the store keeper and my friend. While my friend was asking the store keeper to be nice he yelled and called us so many things. Then he forced us to leave the store. I was shocked not knowing why we were receiving that kind of treatment. I was scared that he might hit us (he didn’t). I cried after getting into the car to relieve myself from the shock. Not a good place. Never in my life am going to this place ever.

I would give this place and the storekeeper a 0 rating. We were verbally abused for calling back because we didn’t understand the statement in the voicemail. For that we were called many things (racial comments included) and we were yelled at and forced out. Frustrated storekeeper taking it out on the customers. Not a place for anything except flies.To storekeeper: There are other ways to let customers know that back to back calls are troublesome, not straight out yelling just because they walked into your place to give you some business. Don’t soft corner yourself, we wouldn’t have called the cops unless it was too disturbing. Your actions threatened a physical abuse that day.
