"Stop at the weekend for late breakfast. The place was very busy and the staff did their best to maintain. To be fair, the staff seemed to be a little harassed, but they hastened to maintain. The lady who took money was nice, but complained a lot about work, lack of sleep, etc. My waitress was efficient, but not excessively friendly. Overall, there was no bad experience and the food was good. My recommendation? Not my first choice in Manteno, but a decent place to eat - if excellence in customer service is not a priority."

"On a Sunday morning here stopped and got a taste of her fantastic Muffuletta sandwich! I'm a pretty big olive grove and the sandwich didn't disappoint. That's also a good price. They even had a sign that their meat is gluten-free and they will make any of their sandwiches in salad packs quite sweet. Nice to see such a place in Manteno!"

"Excellent food! Be warned if you're a softy when it comes to spice then pass on the giardiniera, this isn't your run of the mill grocery store giardiniera! Had: Italian Beef, moist and flavorful with natural gravy and cheese! Spot on! Tomato Bread, tomatoes were a nice red, not pale and bland, on delicious garlic bread with mozzarella cheese Fries were well cooked, that balance between just crunchy enough and not too crunchy. Wife for garlic bread with cheese, again good garlic bread!"

"I cannot thank Maria's enough! I had been searching for a place to do a taco bar at my wedding at a decent price! It took me 5 months of going back and forth with resturants not getting a clear answer, and prices sky rocketing out of no where. Maria's was up front and honest! I seriously couldnt have asked for anything better. They went above and beyond! Everyone at the wedding LOVED the food! It was DELISH. Thank you so much for being an upfront and honest place! I will be coming back! Whether it's to cater another party, or to just grab lunch. I'll be there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Around end of march 2024 My husband ,my self,and my 9 year old came and dined in .We entered the side were you pick up your order .As we approach the area to let them know we’re dining in .I seen such a amazing thing that a woman was cleaning up part of the floor by hand and let me say just by walking in not only is there a window when you walk in that,where you can see them making the pizza which is really…..cool .Its very clean and that’s just walking in .So back to the woman cleaning the floor by hand she was doing a great job ,but also she said hello and was so very polite.She then proceeded to ask if we need assistance,and she helped us .Then the other people that worked there they were so helpful and polite as well.Now to the pizza and other foods they word so very good that I was absolutely delighted and so very impressed.Service was exceptional . when we were just getting our order done with our beautiful server ,,,The amazing woman we met in the beginning came up to us and ask how things were going with us and our server said great they are done ordering and she asked my son who is 9 what he ordered he said 2 things of wildcat cheese pizza and a small cheese pizza .So she jokes with him says 2 of them you only need one of wildcat cheese pizzas just one can be a meal in it’s own and he says it’s for my parents and us also to not leave this out we also ordered a lot of other food as well .So the amazing woman says because you guys are ordering the 2 of the wildcat cheese pizzas we will give the 2nd one for you guys on the house and we will only charge for one and we say nope it’s ok and we will take care of it.So she says ok but you will be given 3 and the 3rd one we will give you guys free on the house and you can enjoy that one tomorrow and we were so shocked of the kindness .Told her we didn’t want her to get into trouble so no worries and then the most beautiful thing happens we find out she is the owner. This impressed my husband and I not only does she keep her place clean and will work with her staff ,treats them kindly,cares about her customers and treats them like family and this was my first time eating there as well as meeting a owner that cares deeply about the food,the staff,and above all her customers !She is all around amazing and her Bar is actually also very clean ,staff are wonderful and so very welcoming .The Long Islands were amazing and the bar area was very welcoming.I would love to work there it is such a positive atmosphere with such amazing people our family will absolutely recommend this place 110% and will return .Food absolutely amazing,staff incredible,and owned by a wonderful ,hardworking and all around beautiful person and will return so very soon ,Hey I’m going to see if that wonderful owner if she needs help would love to work her team"
