"Well, unfortunately I thought sandwiches would be good for dinner today, instead I got my order that one sandwich was wrong, I called the establishment to let them know, and the male I spoke to basically said oh, we are sorry, and then hung up on me. No goodbye, no offer to fix it, just rude. Being hung up on did not help, so I called back and a female answered, I asked for the manager, was told they weren’t there, I told this person what happened with the sandwich, and the fact that I didn’t appreciate being hung up on, and this individual actually asked me, what do you want us to do about it. Home from out of town. Middle of a military move. They do not have Goodcents in Virginia or in Texas so I have stopped by 2 days in a row now. My favorite place for a good sub. The two that helped me were the same as yesterday! Very polite and quick service! Thank you so much for making this a great experience and great tasting food! ??

Update: manager reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. Not typically one to leave reviews but felt this warranted it. Ordered on door dash. A simple sandwich. Meatballs and some veggies and sauces and a couple drinks. The store didn't have the bottled drinks, whatever, it happens. They also chose to send me the worst sandwich I've ever tasted. Literally just burnt, unsauced meatballs on bread (order extra meat and they were equally burnt and dry in a container on the side). Charging what they do it's ridiculous to send out the order they did. We won't be back.
