"I ordered 2 1/2 dozen cookie, a small smash cake, and 35 cupcakes for my daughters 1st birthday and my parents vow renewals. I’m from out of town and we set up a pickup time. When I got there nothing was even close to being done. I was happy to be offered delivery next day, which is when we needed them. The smash cake was cute, the cookies looked very unfinished and weren’t the flavor I asked for and hard to eat. The cupcakes were in my opinion the only real good thing from this order. The lady that delivered the cookies wasn’t very nice and acted like I was putting her out. Imagine my surprise when I see cookies similar to what I asked for on their Fb page that are fully covered in icing a...

"if I could give this place a zero I would. customer service is horrible. He never even checked on us to see if we would like more drinks. I asked our waiter Kyle if he could split our bill (party of 10) and he told me he would “rather not” And that it would “take a long time.” After causing a stink he does it. But then he charges me $28 for all you can eat breakfast buffet that I didn’t have. I just had 1 drink. someone else in our group had the breakfast buffet and I ate a slice of bacon so he charged me $28. after telling me “well you ate off of it I don’t know what to tell you.” I made him get my manager. after explaining what happened to her, she said “well you ate bacon so you need to pay for something.” I said ok charge me for the bacon. so after 20 mins they bring the corrected receipt with $3 charge for bacon. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a restaurant. 0/10."
