He was not kidding!! The dumplings were cooked to perfection. The broth was just right a d the amount of dumplings as well. Mrs Bean Jianbing is one of my favorite restaurants. The menu includes items that are not at most casual Chinese restaurants, and everything I tried tastes upscale. The owner is a wonderful person and his staff are really nice. I highly recommend.
