"Myzen is a small ramen joint located by St. John's burger. The restaurant has a good number of small tables for parties of 2-4. Although I feel that this spot is catered to local companies nearby since they close early at 7:30 pm, I decided to drop by and grab some takeout for dinner. When I came, the restaurant was pretty empty. The workers were really friendly, and my order took about 15 minutes. I ordered gyoza, Myzen Ramen (Tonkotsu base), and Spicy Myzen Ramen. The gyoza was pan-seared but not crispy. The broth for both ramen was a bit on the salty side, but I enjoyed their noodles, which were firm, and the toppings in the ramen were filling. Pretty disapointing experience here. The curry ramen while flavourwise was pretty good, tasted like it was reheated and was lukewarm when it arrived.The chicken karaage was fresh but just average, and the portions were pretty grim for the price.Seems like a popular spot for lunch, so maybe just avoid coming here at dinner time.

Got the curry ramen, was quite nice with a thick broth and slightly chewy noodles. Food aside, I think I enjoyed the atmosphere more than the food, but that 's not to say the food was lacking at all. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and going in to eat alone was very pleasant at one of the smaller tables. Visiting during off hours probably helped add to the hole in the wall place feeling I got.

I've sequentially tried the ramen shops in the area and I always come back here. I think this is a family business and it shows. It is very clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and low key. The people are very nice and service is perfect. The food is great and if there's any msg, I haven't noticed it. This is a home cooked meal away from home for me. I love it!My goto's: Amazing Wasabi Shrimp and Shoyu Ramen.

"Fabulous visit on a beautiful day. Enjoyed sitting by the huge open windows. The soft breezes stirred the smells from coffee drinks and hand-made sandwiches around as we read the menu. I wanted one of everything. We wound up with a sandwich, avacado toast, a lavender latte and a smoothie and it was all tasty. The staff behind the counter was friendly and engaged. We had a great early lunch and enjoyed sitting and visiting with a great view of downtown Sunnyvale!"

"Sooo (disclaimer my top Ny style pizza in the South Bay is bibos in willow glen) since moving to Sunnyvale we have yet to find something on the same level. We saw the pictures of this place and it really brought us in. But don’t be fooled. The pictures are not accurate and you will be slightly disappointed.The price point was great considering the size of the pizza. We got 2 slices one pepperoni and one pepperoni and olive. Both slices were super burnt on the bottom and the dough was not very good. I can deal with it being toasty but this thing I could throw through the window.We purchased the garlic bread that was thoroughly sad and soggy .. the bread felt like it was the Safeway select version from Safeway.We also got the Greek salad which was really really good.Overall the people and atmosphere was great safe to say I won’t be going back again."

"An amazing evening. We were greeted by Aura who helped make the perfect selections, she also checked on us through out the evening. We had assistance on BBQ from Umut and another gentleman. Umut emerged us in Turkish culture as he helped us learn the ropes on the Q. He had Turkish tea on the grill for us which paired perfectly with his end of the evening dessert sampler. The chefs deserts along with the whole bbq experience were delicious, can’t wait to return."
