"Went there to get a breakfast sandwich and a turkey sandwich with extra toppings and was very disappointed. The breakfast sandwich had barely any flavor to it aside from the sausage and cheese. The turkey sandwich; I asked for lettuce, tomato and cheese with salt, pepper and vinegar and they forgot the tomatoes, salt and pepper. The sandwich was dry and they didn’t even ask if I wanted any dressing or mayo. On top of that, the manager barked at one of the cashiers because she was mad that they took a customer’s word over hers because they decided to re-toast bread to a customer’s liking. I live in Islandia and I’d rather have traveled to the Bronx and gone to a corner bodega. At least then,...

The young ladies working the front counter couldn’t have been friendlier when taking my order. The food was made quickly and tasted AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

This place has absolutely the worse customer service. After standing in there for 5 minutes being unacknowledged the worker just skips over me and takes someone else's order. I just walked out and no one said anything

"we visit paces 2x month and always demand one stand and ask them that it is not the only cabin outside the bar at the front. we sat first on a table and then, when I suggested that we wanted to pick one up from the front, we sat at a single stand on the front. we came past the cold main suggestion when someone went to the restaurant, but the restaurant allowed the overflow guests hanging in the round within 6-9 feet of our table, which was rude and changed a beautiful meal to frustrate. what has always made it more inconspicuous and careless, the manager allowed a family to allow their 2 year old run around the restaurant and to throw a ball back and forth and interrupt other tables as the ball went under their tables. Finally, the table spoke from us to the couple and asked them to control their children as they were for a relaxing dinner and they are rude. we have said something to our waiter, but he said in the ground, I know and shook it off when he and the manager knew who would not correct the situation. I hope the couple was a very big vip to possibly lose 3-4 other guests."

"My husband and I come from the Middle Island to Smithtown, just for the sushi. And definitely worth the trip. We're never disappointed. Also the owners Alex and Sharon are wonderful people. They treat everyone like family. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. And some times I noticed other customers who sit and enjoy their dinner, we are often very friendly. It's like this place's gonna bring kindness to everyone. I wonder if they add something to the food, LOL. Sushi is always fresh and tasty. My husband is very picky about his sushi. And the best part of it is the menu that has a variety of delicious dishes. And very good for what they give you. Do not get nervous when it looks busy when you get there, they always make room for guests. The pros and cons, pros, delicious, clean, friendly, reasonable. I wish it were closer to home."
