surprising amount of vegan options! almost every single menu area has something to choose and they even offer vegan fish sauce. the braided aubergine and the Chow fun are exceptional.

While driving along the 5, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant that quickly became our new favorite spot! The banh mi with braised eggplant was hands down the best I've ever had. The vegan curry and pho were also outstanding. The food is prepared with so much care and attention to detail - I was truly impressed. The side of carrots that came with the eggplant dish was a nice touch. I highly recommend stopping by and trying everything on the vegan menu.
