"Quick pickup order, soup was 3/4 of a bowl for $7! Mostly noodles and broth, think there were 3 scraps of chicken and a piece of celery. At least it was hot. Also the website automatically adds a tip so WATCH OUT for that. For them to scoop soup into abowl, I have to go in and get it, they don 't even bring it to you, and the company thinks this is something someone should tipfor? First and last time eating Noodles. I am not supplementing a corporation 's poor pay with a tip for literally using a spoonto scoup and put said bowl into a bag. This isn 't a restaurant it 's a fast food place. "Went in with my husband for supper, the food was great, the server was running around trying to accommodate about 12 tables of people. He was short and to the point which was expected with so many tables. The food was great so we decided to buy a certificate for a friend. The same server was our check out guy. We paid and asked to pay for a $40 certificate as well. He pulled out a piece of paper from under the desk wrote on it. There were clear lines for pricing, name, and signature. He signed slipped it into an envelope handed it to us. We watched him do it so we didn’t even consider pulling it out of the envelope, we just slipped it into the gift bag for friends. Our friends tried to use it the restaurant said they could not accept it. Little did we realize that on the opposite side of the paper, it was a certificate for nail necessities they claim to have never seen it before. They would not stand by their word even when shown proof for the date we purchased. All I can say is be careful. We will never be going back again."

"So we ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 fry and 1 salad. Specifically asked for a number of Arby's sauce and were told we couldn't get that many. Instead of giving us what they would allow, they gave us none. Zero. Husband and granddaughter have gone back to get sauce. Course it means our food will now be cold. If I wanted a plain old roast beef sandwich I'd save and make it at home. It's the sauce that we like! It's what makes arbys, arbys. They are only allowing 1 per sandwich. We won't be coming back. Post on your sign no sauce available."
