"If i can give 0 starts i would, this employee ruined my first noodles and co experience. One employee, who was skinny and tall, had black hair with a bun, full faces of makeup, heavy thick eyebrows drawn in, started talking rudely about her life with us and compared it to ours. No customer should be treated in this manner, and when she delivered the meal to us, she slammed it on our table because she was angry that we weren't filling the cup with water, even though we were doing so the entire time. She was also angry that we had water in a cup meant for water. She is blatantly nasty to all young people, and no employee with that attitude belongs in noodles co ."

Everything was great, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, no problems at all! Hot, accurately prepared, and ready in an expected amount of time, I've never gone wrong with the Buffalo Grove location!

Restaurant was clean. Food was bland but I'm not sure it much to do with the store cook so much as how they are instructed to season and cook the food. The restroom and quality of its cleanliness left much to be desired.

Ordered through the app and they had our food at the promised time. Which was amazing considering it must have been lunch time for the high school!! There were so many kids and so many orders. The girls working were efficient and moving fast. They took orders, told people sorry for the wait if one ran off to deliver food to a table, and kept things moving. Spaghetti could have done with more sauce, but overall it was great!
