"We come down to OBX at least once per year and we NEVER miss a dinner at Ocean Boulevard. Last night we were lucky to be seated at the chef’s window. We could watch them prepare every meal and questions were sincerely accepted. We were a group of four. Two had the NY Strip, one had the scallops, and I had the salmon. The chefs are truly artists. Watching them create these unbelievably delicious meals is such a treat. The kitchen group talks to you as much as they can and answer any questions you might have. You never want for anything. The star of my meal was Josh’s homemade pasta with shrimp, bay scallops, broccoli, and onions. Paired with speckled trout, this was an outstanding entree. Ginger/lemon cheesecake (light and perfectly spiced) from a local baker finished off our meal. Thanks for a wonderful outing!
