Olde Towne Diner - Speisekarte

The food was better than your typical little town dinner. Sandwiches are big and fill. Visited at lunch and dinner on separate days. Waitress was fast based on the size of the crowd, but kitchen was extremely slow. Almost 30 minutes are waiting for a sandwich basket on both occasions.

My husband and I went to lunch last Saturday and had a really great experience. He must have enjoyed his strawberry salad when he raised him the rest of the day. I have the soup that was good. Our server said she was new, but you couldn't say it. She was very pleasant. We wanted to be full, but not more cheerful. A sweet little hole in the wall. Five stars from me.

If you're looking for something missing in the small town of America, you've found it. This diner has that mother feel n pop without pressing kitschiness, no small feat in my opinion. Atmosphere is everything I want to feel in a dining room experience, friendly staff, light music and an open room. The food I had ordered was in no case exotic (fried fish, steak frits and green beans) but it was good for what it was. I dared to go out of my comfort zone and ordered cakes (peanut butter chocolate) and was hit with overwhelming sweetness, which I could only bear the power to take two bites.
