"I saw an ad on IG and decided to give this place a try. Placed my order online and when I got to the restaurant several people where before me I asked if they had been waiting long as he said for 5 minutes he’s been standing that the hostess booth in the front and NO ONE came over to ask what he needed. I went over to the bar area and the guy seemed annoyed that I’d asked if my order was ready. Understandable I had to wait but while I waited I noticed how the staff was too busy chatting to each other to come out to clean the dirty tables and had people just sitting and waiting. Lovely staff but there's not enough of them! Management is expecting the impossible from their servers. Tables full of dishes, floors need sweeping and we waited nearly an hour for our food AND drinks. Food was cold and part of order missing. The guacamole tasted like it was rotting. I bet it's a great place if they employed more staff. Management should address this asap. I feel sorry for the lovely servers taking complaints for something that they can't help.

I only had an hour and when It took seven minutes to be seated I should have just left. Service was non existent. Two ladies left after getting their water because no one came to take their order. Waiter finally took my order. I have now been there over 30 minutes for two tacos. Finally lunch comes. Beans and rice are room temperature at best and had obviously been plated awhile as the surface had dried out. Tacos were okay. I had to ask for the check and when the waiter never came back to pick it up, I paid in cash and left. Not busy, as only nine other tables were occupied, and I was late getting back because of this miserable place, won't be back.

We booked our office luncheon here 2 weeks prior. Party of 10. We walked in and they didn’t know have any idea we were coming and the table was not prepared. I had to go find a manager who also was unaware of our reservation and pointed where we could go sit. Then the waitress finally came to help us who seemed like she was the only waitress available for the entire restaurant. One member of our group had dirty silverware. One member of our group revived a bowl of queso i stead of a bowl of chicken soup for his meal and it arrived as his appetizer instead of his meal so it was cold by the time everyone else’s food arrived.
