"Me and my girlfriend called for a take out order and once we were done they told us 15 min wait. Once we got there we told them we were there to pay and pickup our food but they said they had no record of us calling when it was their phone number and everything so we have no clue how that happened. Then once we reordered our food they got my girlfriends order wrong which made her mad even more. Good food but bad service."

The lady cashier is very un attentive the food would be ready but she does'nt care. ITwill be sitting on the counter.Food is very tasty though.Needs to improve customer service

The food was delicious. Very flavorful, good punch of spices and juicy cuts of meat. The price was also very reasonable. It took ages to cook for some reason and the inside feels dreary and depressing. "I do really like the pizza here, that isn?t the issue. I asked about the cookies they also sell and thought I could get some to share for thanksgiving. Just to double check I asked if they were open Wednesday. The girl looked confused bi asked again. Iwent to go wait for my pizza to be done. The guy in the kitchen asked her what I was asking. She shoo k her head and told himshe didn?t know. Didn?t know that was a tough question to answer. Doesn?t matter as I can get pizza so many other places. Thepizza is good though so 2 stars lowered a 5 star pizza place down to 2 for me."

"Being that I am from Hawaii, and we have really bad Mexican food, I thought I'd try this place out. First off, join the loyalty program before you come! You won't regret it! I would normally have gotten the fajitas, but I was feeling pretty full from earlier, so I got the Ahi Aguachiles, ahi tuna topped with a mild cucumber-cilantro sauce, purple onions, Hass avocado, fresh jalapeno wheels and nori strips. My buddy got the tacos. I should have gotten the tacos because the ahi was a little too spicy for me. If you can't handle hot be careful. That aside, it was delicious and came with a generous portion of ahi. For dessert, I got the tres leches, which hit the spot. It came in like a shot glass sort of thing and was the perfect portion size. The star of the show, though, was the horchata. It was the best horchata I have ever had. Nice and creamy rather than icy and watery. If you are a horchata fan like I am, you have to get it. Our waitress, Taylor, was very hospitable throughout. The next time I come here, I will be sure to come with an appetite!"

"We have been coming to this restaurant for about 15 years. We have never been dissatisfied with the food but the last few times, we have been extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and service. We went in last night for dinner and decided that would be the last time for us. My husband ordered a rib eye steak that was thin and beige looking. It was also dry and flavorless. I ordered the twin lobster tails and for $37 I would have thought they would have been larger than a jumbo shrimp. The quality of the food is not worth the price. We are surrounded by great restaurants near this location and will now be taking our business elsewhere."

"Dads birthday....food was decent needed a little more of a variety for a brunch menu, not vegan friendly. Service wasn’t great, took a while for the food when it did come out it was all separate so we had to wait for done of our items. Waiter was cool though, gave my dad a special birthday drink."
