"Das Hotel in MOA ist etwas heruntergekommen, nicht sehr schick, aber das Essen spricht für sich. Das Personal war super und eine Sache, die wirklich herausragend ist, war ihre allgemeine Kenntnis der Speisekarte. Der Service war schnell und aufmerksam. Pasta wurde perfekt gekocht; Die Sauce war besser als erwartet und der Salat war frisch mit einer gemischten Auswahl an Gemüse ... Ich würde wiederkommen! "The first time I went to Lucy was for her 75 cent wings on a Wednesday and did not know what to expect... it actually met my expectations.my bf and I chose 4 types and we were uncertain that was one of our favorite friends, all were yummy... we got a bottle of wine for half the price and of course a very nice service from a lady who unfortunately could not get her name. I mean, who's doing this? The most important part and I really want to highlight this is that although this layman always called the manager, even though he also checked on the tables, he did not miss the smile on his face neither his crew. And that's why I give this place 5 stars. They'll be big in a year or so. Great food, interesting and friendly staff. They do not serve hard alcohol, but they will expand their current place at the end of the year. I'll be back."

"Much love to Tawanda and all the night crew at this location. She went above and beyond and made me one of those new Wagyu burgers (that are surprisingly delicious btw) for me 5 min from close even though the sign said they were sold out after what I can only assume was a gruesome work shift. Her customer service was above and beyond, and gestures like this and great service, should be rewarded, noticed and praised. I hope it comes back to her and her team in much blessings and great karma. Currently enjoying the delicious burger. THANK YOU to all!"

"Drove through the drive through and arrived promptly at 11:45 PM. All the lights, including the drive through lights were all on indicating that they were still open, which they closed at 12 am. We sat in the drive through at the ordering post until 12 am. Not a single worker in the 15 minutes asked us for an order, rather, they pretended we were not there, until 12 am rolled around. Once 12 am rolled around and they were technically closed, the workers still ignored the cars in the drive through lane. We drove by the window and noticed the employees in the store sitting down. If a franchise states it will be open until a specified time then i suggest hiring trusted employee?s that will serve paying customers up until the posted closing time."

"Good food. Got served rt away on a slow Sunday around 9pm. They charged us over $2 just to use our card that they called non-cash adjustment which was off-putting. Other than that it was a good experience."
