the pro is that they can get vegan cheese! the con is that it only violife mozzarella that they only get in food business. Maybe I'm pampered because I come from st. louis where I can go to a vegan pizza place where they make homemade vegan cheese. that is, the pizza and the sauce is quite good many veggie options for the torfs as well. Make sure to read the bottom of the website because some toppings are not vegan that they can surprise.
