"The employees were super polite and even busy with another customer, they addressed me and told me that she would be with me in just one minute, she did not ignore me until she was finished with the customer before me, which I was very impressed so that I would rate these shops customer service top rating! I had to go to another counter and the staff immediately addressed me and told me it would be just a minute what I appreciated this respect and great customer service. I rated a 4 because the order took a little longer than normal, but things happen and it is understandable. I would definitely go back to this restaurant and order takeout / delivery and give them my business!"

Great place to get a quick bite!! The lemon drops cookies ARE AMAZING!! This must be one of my favorite places!! The staff also makes a great job! My only little complaint is that they should be more about wiping the tables. Nevertheless, I was in a lot of paneras around and I like these the best!!

I love this discra, everyone I told is very nice. But today I found plastic in my Mac and cheese! I gave them a call and the manager was very nice and very helpful about the phone. I'm not crazy about the situation because such things happen unexpectedly, I guess how hard they work to make their customers happy. I'm still going back!

Fantastic service on a catering order! I know Panera fought with personal questions like any other business, but that was definitely a 5 star day for her! I placed an order for a group of 8 people online a few hours earlier a day to be picked up between 5:30 and 5:45. The order was perfectly met at 17.40 and packed with all necessary utensils. It was a relief for me that the order was finished in time and a pleasure in the group of hungry volunteers waiting for dinner. Good evening staff on Thursday, 28 April!
