the manager here is absolutely terrible! she treats her employees awfully and is a narcissist. Even if they served the best food in the world, I wouldn't give them my thing for her. boycott at all costs!

I am a regular at this restaurant and have noticed a significant decline in customer service. I believe this is due to staffing issues that are prevalent everywhere. While my orders are still efficient and of high quality, I have consistently found items such as iced coffee/tea, cup tops, and creamer/milk to be empty. This restaurant is located inside a hospital, so many doctors and nurses come in specifically for drink refills and are often frustrated by the lack of these items. The trash bins are frequently overflowing, leading to trash piling up on cabinets.
