"I've never had a worse customer service experience in a panera than tonight. I understand that you are delayed because you have short staff. But to miss half of our order to be suspended when I called them to miss the parts, hearing staff discussing rude customers from previous days/years, running out of bread, and then home for the second time only to discover that the order was STILL wrong (sandwich without onions ordered, and it had onions), we will be NIE back to this place."

Stopped by this place for lunch since I was visiting the area on a day trip. Should?ve kept going because I placed my order and specifically ordered a tuna sandwich without tomato. I was called to pick up the order and there was a big slice of tomato in the middle of the sandwich. The bread was so tough I could hardly chew it. The potato chips were stale. The only good part of the meal was the soda and how can you mess that up?????

? Cheese forgot to change the bread I had asked on the sandwich. ?However the chefs were courteous and beautiful over the switch. The big cups had no lids that fit right. After I went through 3 lids with another client, I asked the opponents. They knew about the problem and had no viable solution.?????? The sandwich and the soup were good? The bathroom was okay, no towels. A nice employee who was with me found something and tore it for me. ?

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee for delivery and even tipped well, but they made the sandwich with lazy avocado so I had to take it off and my coffee never showed up. It took 40 minutes to get the coffee back. They gave me the credit for him instead of a refund, so to speak it I had to pay a dollar more, even after the credit of the store to get it delivered. A dollar is not a big deal, but it is annoying after paying almost 30 dollars for a meal
