Orders incomplete, portions smaller, sandwiches thrown together, pages not with the meal, but it's on the ticket and was ordered with one page, etc. I tried to overlook it and think well, people forget it happened. But it's consistent. I guess if you're offering good service all the time, consistent subpar must do and be acceptable. Not sure whether it is Panera policy or good help is difficult to find these days. Yes, it's the little details that are really important. I'm not one who usually leaves bad reviews. Ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt and it came with absolutely no avocado. The person who took my order was clearly distracted laughing in the back with someone and I had to repeat my order 3 times before he took it. They were nice once I got to the window but I wish I would have checked before I left.

I put a delivery order for my job and miss food from the order. Spoke with Brian the manager and was told he couldn't deliver the rest of the order. He could only refund my money after I was charged $15 for the shipping costs. I was just a refund for the missing food! This bad management skills and customer service. Very disappointed!

At 900am on Saturday, entering, do you not really know whether they are open, as the displays are spicy? Do not smell the baked goods fresh and the relatively high prices are not equivalent high quality of food. Panera used to be THE PLACE for fresh baked goods? Gesunder? Food choices, but now they suffer from a mass market that directly affects quality regulations. Sad to see it.
