"I normally LOVE Panera, and I love my local Loveland location. Today we stopped at the Panera in Fort Collins off College. Half of our food was cold. My Flatbread pizza was half cold/soft and the other end was hot and crispy. Not sure how that happened but it did. My smokehouse BBQ sandwich was also cold. The soup was great as always and service was fine. I boxed up my cold dinner and took it home. I can probably warm it up correctly at home. I will not be visiting this location again anytime soon. Disappointing."

I asked for over easy egg on my sandwich and they just always give over-hard. Lots of times. When I asked staff was confused and didn't know the difference.

I ordered a quick pickup and when I opened the cookie, I ordered it had some dog hair on it. it looked like it fell on the floor or something? I didn't even want to eat the rest of what I ordered after that?

I'm visiting Ft Collins went to this location because it's near where I'm staying. I got the Tuesday dozen bagel special. The web site says it should have been $7.49. I was charged $9.29. When I questioned why the price difference i was told the charge was correct. I'm going to be visiting for a couple of weeks bagels are a easy breakfast but will not be getting them again from hear because they do not honor web site price.
