"we ordered a pizza to deliver it. pfefferoni mushrooms and cheese and two sides garlic sauce. the pizza took an hour and a half to deliver. the time we were given was half to 45 minutes. when the pizza was received, it was not hot. the crust was very hard, chewing and almost impossible to eat. very rubbery. the beats were not so good, nor did they cover the crust completely. the garlic butter had no taste of it. I was very disappointed. I've eaten a lot again in the late 90s, but I don't know how nostalgic about certain things now. Let it be a happy memory. I heard my words, let it be a happy memory."

I ordered an extra pfefferoni extra cheese pizza. it costs almost $16 I would have all the cheese and maybe 12 pfefferonis and put it on a disc. I paid for something I didn't get, and it was probably the worst pizza I ever had. the crust was brown. I will never spend another dimming on a papa john’s pizza.

Ok so let's start with the pizza. OBVIOUSLY amazing, has the best sauce, and best dips. THE STAFF THO . Marshall if you're reading this I told my momma abt you. ABOVE AND BEYOND politeness. I had ordered my pizza and then came back to order a second pizza for my parents. The previously mentioned Marshall, the manager of the store, asked me for the name on the second order so he could look out for it, then brought it to me fresh out of the oven. 5 stars, just for Marshall.

"Ordered two pizzas from door dash. Both pizzas were cooked with spoiled cheese. My 4 year old even noticed the taste when we were eating and stated “this pizza taste funny.” At first we thought that maybe they had added blue cheese to the pizza, but later learned that spoiled Parmesan cheese tastes like blue cheese. Disappointed and hoping that we don’t all have food poisoning in the next couple days."

"I have recently moved to Springfield and this place is legit. Hands down the best place for great food at a reasonable price. My family and I order here at least twice a week and it’s always delicious and satisfying. We look forward to this every week it’s no wonder why they are so busy all the time. "I entered the restaurant and was instructed to pick any seat. Unfortunately, there was not a single clean table available. After picking the least dirty table, I waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order and even longer for the table to be cleaned. We ended up having to clean the table ourselves. Our order took over an hour and a half to arrive after we sat down, despite the fact that the place was not very busy. The seat backs were dirty and stuck to our shirts, while the floor was gross. The restrooms were in terrible condition, prompting me to hold it in instead of using them. It was disappointing to see employees standing around in a place in such disarray. This was definitely one of the worst dining experiences I have had, and I will not be returning. Spending $75 in that establishment was a complete waste."
