"Live a few blocks away and have been coming here regularly for quite a while. Never again. I happen to have been in there last week and not sure what sparked it, but saw the cook completely berate and humiliate a waitress, and it's out in the open so everyone else saw it too. The waitress was in tears. I cannot fathom how ANYONE thinks it's ever appropriate to treat a member of their staff or a colleague that way FOR ANY REASON, and the fact that it was so loud and they were so in the open yet the jerk didn't seem to care that all the customers saw it tells me this is a ok behavior at Park Street Cafe. That gentleman needs anger management classes and then to be relieved of his job. Get som...

Ordered a perfect tuna sandwich. Watched them make all kinds of other great looking sandwichs. Can't wait to try more.

Food and drinks made to order, very quick and the freshest ingredients I've had on my travels to Traverse City. Cookies are fantastic, you can taste how they were baked the same day

Such a cute little cafe, great location with lots of seating. Outside is fresher than inside. Got the waffle sandwich and cappuccino. Waffle sandwich didn’t taste too fresh. Waffle was very sweet. I could taste the sugar crumbs as I ate. Overall it was decent to eat and filling. Cappuccino was delicious Giving 4 stars due to service. My food was delivered to my seat, but my coffee was at the counter so I needed to go get it. Not sure why it wasn’t delivered at the same time. Not sure if it’s all supposed to be delivered or not. If that’s clarified, I can change my review :

"I was excited to eat here because of the reviews, so I came around 1030am on a Thursday. I stood around at the host stand for 10 minutes with another couple who had been waiting there before me. I ordered the Benedict wrap and the hollandaise sauce was super watery and soupy. Couldn't pick up the wrap, and had to eat it with a fork and knife. Best part of the meal was the potatoes. It was me and one other table and the server knew the other table, so they got a lot of attention. Which I understand but I was never asked, until I was ready for the bill, how everything was. I typically love to write positive reviews but, this was rough."

"hide! the husband worked all day and was super hungry. this was a few miles from the hotel and so far firefly restaurant is the best we had here in traverse city. the man had a buffalo bacon burger, but he replaced the burger for huh. he was sooo happy. he loved the baked, deep-fried jalapeños that was on his sandwich. I had fish n chips. it was good. we'll go back to sandwich tomorrow."

"we sat outside with our pups. our server, mariah, was exceptional! they have a few vegan options, they were designed and not just an salate or simple gurken role. the food was nice and delicious. my omni so enjoyed his meal. I had two of the veggie rolls and the tofu salad wraps. the tofu was delicious, local so many of the items in the restaurants seem to be here. in the production of the rolls they were aware of cross-contamination. I'd eat here again."

"What can I say? We ate there twice during our weekend visit. The menu has many options. The peas and carrots app (with peanut sauce falafel tots and watermelon with cashew yogurt was bomb. The vegan grilled cheese was packed with flavor, not a grease bomb and delicious. I added grilled tofu to it, and it was the stuff of food fantasies. The décor is really cute. The patio is spacious and dog-friendly."
