Peel Wood Fired Pizza

We this place! So clean with chief created foods. The dessert pizzas are one of my favorites. I like how the menu changes and wish they would give me their Ranch Dressing recipe ?? I usually do not like Ran h Dressing but their recipe is perfect, nice thick and very tasty.

The ingredients were fresh and high quality. However, the undercooked dough and flavor profile were lacking. I had the hot honey pepperoni. The crust was not crisp except for the very outer edge, making for an overly limp pizza that all the topping would just slide off. The hot honey had no bite, which allowed the ricotta to override all the flavors. A lot of potential but execution needs improvement all around.

After driving 9 hours to see my best friend who had just moved to the area, she suggested that we try this place because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews online. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, I knew something was off. No one was at the host stand, however, we waited patiently for several minutes to be acknowledged by anyone there. The host eventually came out but did not greet us, only pausing to confirm that we were a party of 2. If this wasn’t off putting enough, we found ourselves being led to an area of the restaurant that immediately felt completely disjointed from the rest of the seating.
