"This place is bright, vibrant, clean, and staffed by friendly people. The intersections and this stretch of 140 can be a bear, but La Estrella is worth it. The birria tacos were absolutely delicious. Be sure to save room for churros! This is real Mexican food. Fresh, genuine, quick, and reasonably priced. If it costs more on the menu, you can be assured you're gonna get quite a plate of food. It's not a large place, and there's not a ton of parking. In the time I spent eating they did quite the takeout business via phone, walk in, and online orders.Don't snooze on this place. It instantly puts other local Mexican restaurants to shame. No food survived long enough to photograph, or in enough quantity to take home. I very much look forward to the next time I'm in the area at mealtime."
