"This place is housed in Coppes Commons. We had noticed it on our trip into Nappanee. We tried a couple of times but we did not time it for when they were open. Finally at the end of our month's stay in the area we made it here. Atmosphere is small and open to the popcorn store. It was pleasant but nothing to rave about. Every time i order somwthung is missing. When i call about it employee was rude and did nothing about it. Poor customer service. Need to make sure entire order is complete before delivery.

With new ownership, the pretzel quality has improved significantly and they are consistent. Their hours are so nice too! I love when they have pigs n a blanket special and wish they’d have it year round!
